Zimbabwe Freight
We forward goods in two ways i.e. by sea and air.

Air Freight
We use British Airways to many countries as well as Air Zimbabwe to Harare. There are three flights per week but our cargo mainly flies on Tuesdays.

When you book we give you a reference number and also send you a declaration form that has to be completed and returned to us. This form is free of charge but the information you supply has to be accurate as it will be used to complete the whole documentation process and cannot be changed afterwards.

On receipt of the form we make arrangements to collect the goods and we normally bring our scales to the collection point. We weigh the goods in front of you and work out the cost immediately. This is a fair way of costing since both parties are present. Before we leave we will advise you whether the packing is adequate. If not the goods have to be re-packed to avoid damage. To comply with airline regulations the goods have to have a security seal applied which we do ourselves. There is a fee for this and for packing, which you will be advised of when we collect. Flight bookings are made on Fridays only and all collections must be completed beforehand in order to catch the Tuesday flight.
