When Goods Arrive

When the cargo arrive , it is automatically forwarded to Customs. They inspect the goods and work out the amount of duty due.

When our agent knows the amount due they contact us and we advise you.

Once you have been notified of the amount you can either pay at destination or deposit the balance in our UK account.

When we receive confirmation of payment, the goods are released and delivered to the nearest depot (if requested). This is a complete service and you can choose either to pay everything in the UK or to pay duty and/or delivery at the destination.

This inclusive service is very convenient for people who do not have the time or want to be involved in the clearing and delivery issues. We also offer a flat-rate service that includes shipping and duty for sending clothes.

If you have any queries regarding Customs please contact us.

The consignee has to collect the goods from the nominated airport and arrange for clearance. Click here to view our “Frequently Asked Questions” which will answer some of the questions you might have.

When Goods Arrive In Other Countries

We do the same collection, documentation, bookings like in Harare, Zimbabwe but Consignees will be contacted by the airline or Agent for the arrival of their goods. We can also provide the sender with the destination information before the goods depart.

Please contact us for more information.
